Return & Exchange Policy – Shree Rang Bazaar
At Shree Rang Bazaar, we strive to provide an exceptional shopping experience while ensuring your satisfaction with our handcrafted products. If you’re not entirely satisfied, we’ve designed a return policy to make the process simple and convenient.
For Domestic Orders
- Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery in their original, unused condition, along with the original packaging, invoice, and tags.
- Our logistics partner will collect the product from your address at no additional cost.
Note: Returns shipped via logistics partners other than ours will not be accepted.
For International Orders
- Returns or exchanges for international orders are not accepted, except for defective items.
- Defective products must be returned unused, in their original packaging, within 7 days of delivery.

Upon approval from our Quality Assurance team, we will process the return and refund shipping costs (both to and from).
Refund Process
- Refunds will be initiated after the returned product passes quality checks.
- Refunds for online payments will be processed via the original payment method within 7–15 business days.
- For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, refunds will be made through NEFT. Please include a cancelled cheque to process your request.
Note: Products returned without prior approval or beyond 7 days from delivery will not be eligible for a refund.
Exchange Policy
- We are happy to offer product exchanges if the item received is not as per your expectations.
- Exchanges must be initiated within 7 days of delivery and the product should be in its original, unused condition with all tags, invoices, and packaging intact.
- If the desired exchange item is unavailable, you may opt for a refund or select an alternative product of equivalent value.
- Our logistics partner will assist in collecting the item from your address for the exchange process

- Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, slight variations in colour, design, or dimensions are natural and reflect the uniqueness of handmade artistry.
Care Instructions
- Handle with care to preserve the beauty of your product.
- To prevent colour bleeding, we recommend washing these garments separately.
- For delicate products like Gota Patti, we recommend dry cleaning to preserve their intricate craftsmanship.
- To maintain the quality and longevity of the product, avoid direct contact with liquids.

- Gota Patti designs on suits may vary slightly due to the unique craftsmanship of our artisans, though we strive to maintain consistency in style.
- All disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Barabanki courts.
